I believe the true success of any organization begins with its people — individuals who are in the right place, doing meaningful work, and who feel seen, valued, and trusted.

I don’t provide ready-made answers. Instead, I partner with you as a leader and with your team on your journey. My role is to help create clarity, see the bigger picture, and shape a vision that brings people together and moves the organization forward.

I have a strong ability to notice details and connect them into a meaningful whole. I see patterns and opportunities and help translate them into clear direction and shared understanding.

My work focuses on people’s strengths and potential. I help build teams where everyone has a clear role, a sense of purpose, and the opportunity to contribute their unique value.

A key part of my work is developing self-awareness and self-leadership. When people understand themselves and their impact on others, collaboration becomes more natural and results follow more easily.

Professionally, I bring many years of experience as a communications leader. I have worked in a rapidly growing IT company as well as in one of Estonia’s largest software companies, led internal and external communications in both the private and public sectors, and organized dozens of large-scale events. These experiences have given me a practical understanding of how teams function — where real momentum is created and where challenges tend to arise.

Today, as a coach and development partner, I support leaders and teams who want to build a stronger organizational culture, create greater clarity, and develop a shared sense of purpose.
